Can I do sales return? and how can I do it?

After receiving my order, can I make sales return?

Yes you can do sales return with two conditions:

1- For Pristine condition (Sealed) within two days of your invoice date.

3- If you have damage condition in the stock you can make sales return without any issue..

how can I do sales return?

You can do the following:

1- Open Hyke App

2- Go to my profile and select Order History

 

3- Select your order, you can filter by date

 

3- You can see your orders now from the ORDERS tab

 

 

4- Select order, select product and click on actions and select Request return

 

 

5- Select how many out of total you want to return

 

 

6- if the product is scannable, then you will face a page like below to scan the related IMEIs

 

 

7- Request here is completed, you are going to get notification once that request approved, someone will come after that to pick it from you.

 

 

8- You can check the return status any time from the second tab “RETURNS“

 

 

 

Note: You cannot apply for Sales return if price protection for one of the order products is in progress..
