What is Hyke Price Protection feature and how to use it?

What is the Hyke Price Protection

Hyke price protection feature is an added value if you buy any product and its price dropped in 7 days, then you can claim the difference as a voucher which can be used to purchase another items.

How Price Protection works

If you noticed that price of your purchased product dropped within a week you can request for the change of the price as a voucher, you can do like the following:

1- Open Hyke App

2- Go to My Profile

 

3- Select Order History

 

 3- Select the order which has that product which its price dropped, if the price dropped then you should be able to see an option Claim

 

 

 

4- Add the quantity of the products which you want to claim out of total.

 

5- In case that your product is scannable, then you need to scan its IMEI number at this step also

 

6- Add your product photos one by one

 

7- Your request is added here and awaiting for approval, once it is approved, you will get notification and a new voucher of the approved amount.

 

8- You can know what is your price protection request status by going to My Profile → Price Protection → View ALL option

Note: The voucher will be given after approval only, and the amount is going to be only on the approved amount.
