What can I do with my Hyke loyalty points and how to use it?

You can use your Hyke loyalty points in the following:

1- You can create a voucher using it.

2- Or you can transfer the points to your bank account, every 10 loyalty point = AED 1

To do the above options:

1- Open Hyke App

2- From the bottom, you can select Loyalty icon

 

3- Select Redeem now, you will be able to see two options, VOUCHER and Bank Transfer

 

4- If you selected Bank transfer then you need to fill your bank details

 

 

5- Complete your transaction by adding exact of your beneficiary details with your correct IBAN No.

 

6- The request here is placed, it should go for approval and then will be proceeded depending on your bank procedure time to proceed..

Note: For bank transfer option normally it is taking time, since this needs approval from finance then the bank procedure time..
